We are a substance free, supportive,, recovery-oriented sanctuary in the heart of the community offering a safe place to be on the journey of recovery. Friends of Recovery of Delaware and Otsego Counties, Inc. (FOR-DO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting addiction recovery through every available means, including advocacy, education and peer support. The Voices RCOC offers skill-building and employment-readiness programs, in addition to wellness and recreational activities, including yoga, music and art classes.

NSC provides support to 80+ sobering centers reaching an estimated 175,827 clients annually representing approximately 483,720 visits. The organization offers a forum for national dialogue and provides a platform for providers and stakeholders to engage regarding best practices, policy and programmatic issues. On Thursday, the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office opened a Sobriety Center on Water Street in Santa Cruz.
